Lets say I've met the Timing requirements ( both setup & hold in all the corners). But I've a large skew in my clock. Should I care about it?

If your clock network is big, large skew is possible. OCV mode is harder to meet. Since your timing has already closed, it is ok.

Hi Kumar,

As skew is considered only for timing analysis and both setup and hold are being met....it becomes insignificant.

The only thing I want to add is that make sure the reason for the "huge skew" is well understood. Whatever the number you got from the tools has to be carefully examined to make sure the number makes sense.
