hi
i use hspice in win 10. i have a problem that i saw in hspice 2013 and 2016.
in hpsice installation folder, there is a folder as doc_help that there are some pdf and html files in it.
when i want to open one of these html files in chrome,it is begining vibrating and flickering and this continues, so that i have to close the tab in chrome
any one encountered to this and know the reason of it or remedy?
