Hspice Simulattion Help

hi every body
I'm new to HSPICE.
I want design bellow Circuit with HSPICE and i must calculate, Design Parameters including W/L, gm, ID, etc, of transistors and the achieved performance such as dc gain, CMRR, etc.
Please help me!!!
Please tell me about how this Circuit work.

It is a standard cross coupled comparator which should be in your text books. Your problem isn't an HSPICE one - it is a design problem. You do the design then check it with HSPICE.
