Hi all!
In other simulation programs there is an option that indicates the simulator to ramp all the sources from 0 to their netlist specified values.
For example, in T-spice:
.tran/Powerup 100ps 400ns
.option powerlen=10p (indicates the time souces take to reach the final value)
Does anyone know if there is such an option in HSPICE?
Thanks in advance!
G.

is such an option in HSPICE?

No, not to my knowledge. I've always used a PWL type source for this purpose, or simply used an appropriate rise time for a pulse source.
