Hi,

Out of curiosity I did an internet search "hspice mosfet tutorial"
More than 50,000 hits, many good tutorials, many examples...
Even more than 500 videos.

I guess you already did the same.
So what documents did you use?
And what exactly is still not clear?

Fisrt, I've used cadence virtuoso , but never used HSpice before.

Of course, I thought I could change the parameters through the document, but I asked because I wanted to get confirmation from others.

Well of course you can change any user
parameter of a model, that's the whole idea of
having a text based model statement. Adding
them, that's a whole 'nother level.

The pertinent questions revolve around what
you'd want to change the parameter(s) -to-,
and how you'd know it was right, for what.

I'm trying to run the spice example in the Cedra book on HSPICE.
As i know, in Cedra book, mosfet model is level 1.
