What you have given is a transistor dimensions - that does not describe a technology. A technology would be something like AMS 0.5um.

I thought of implementing one journal .In that paper he dint mention the Technology.He jst mentioned Transistors dimensions as givn above.

As the minimum dimension is 1um and you mention level 1 models (which I haven't seen for ages) I would suggest a 1um process. Have a look to see if MOSIS have a 1um process. The models are unlikely to be level 1 but I cannot see why that would be a requirement.
