HSPICE measure delay for all edges.

I want measure rise time and fall time for all the edges of the output waveform . how should I modify .measure to do it.
.MEAS TRAN rise_time TRIG V(data_out) VAL=x rise=1
+TARG v(data_out) VAL=y rise=1
