Hspice installation problem: can run SIMULATE, but error on AWAVES......

Please anybody comes to the rescue..
Days ago, my Hspice crashed, so I installed another one.
This time it can run SIMULATE but when I clicked AWAVES, an error comes out.
Awaves don't run.

Anybody help.......

After so many times of installing and re-installing of HSPICE, nothing happened. The last thing that I did was I reformat my computer then reinstall the HSPICE. That solved my problem. Until now, my HSPICE runs smoothly. Hope it will also help you.
