hi guys.........plz can any one tell how to find leakage current and leakage power of a digital circuit or analog circuit using hspice.............thanks in advance

you can use the hsim tool to do this,
hsim have circuit cheeck funtion.
I think hspice can not do this, especially you donnot know which path is the leakage path. BTW, if you have many gate cicuit, hspice will take a long time to do simulation.

for static leakage (meaning the circuits is not toggling), you just need to measure (use the hspice measure statement) the current flow through the VCC or VSS, and tie all the input to iddle state...

for dynamic leakage, you need to find the period of the switching trend and measure the current flow through the VCC or VSS...

BTW, today, I find hspice have a biaschk option,
use this option you can find the large current path,
the max or min limitation you can defined by yourself.

best regards
