HSPICE Discrete device addition error

Hello!

I am new to HSPICE
I am trying to add a Discrete device library (High voltage Mosfet) in the HSPICE, but whenever i try to add it, an error message appears

"Entry name missing"

I understand the basic concept of entry name, but i can't find in the library file.
I have downloaded the library file from the following link.
If anyone can help me with the code of how to verify this MOSFET IV curve.

vendor library usage in HSPICE

I am new to HSPICE.

I am trying to add a transistor BSP130 to HSPICE,

but i couldn't find find any proper example for adding it to HSPICE as a subckt or model.

So, can anyone please refer me to any proper example. I have been looking through all the tutorials of the HSPICE. But apart from a small picture of "Vendor library usage", i couldn't find anything else.
