I'm simulating a bandgap source, but I've had some problems with the simulation of the line regulation. Line regulation performance refers to the steady-state voltage changes in the output resulting from DC changes in the supply voltage(vdd).

When HSpice varies the supply voltage (.DC vdd 0 1.5 0.1), my simulation shows a convergence problem in a supply-voltage value. This convergence problem is solved by HSpice.
But, in the supply-voltage value, where HSpice shows a convergence problem, there is a strong variation of the output supply. I'm sure that this strong variation is caused by the convergence problem.

¿How could I solve this problem?

thanks

Re: HSpice convergence

.NODESET or .IC doesn´t work. I tried it.

Thanks

maybe,you should reset the options!
