hspice common model interface

i'm using the Hspice CMI(common model interface) to add custom model to the lib, but the err msg comes that it can not find the CMI lisense

i do have the license for hspice to run the netlist simulation,
but it does not contain the CMI feature in the license file, where can i find the CMI license file?
