Hi
I know hspice can use LX21 LX18.. and calculate mosfet node capcatiance, but in DC we can use .option CAPTAB ..
if we want to calculation tran /ac netlist node total capcatiance , who to measure it ?? or only summary node all mosfet node ?
another question is who to calculation output impedance like TDR
machine (differential impedance / capactiance )?
