hspice_mt

Hi
Linux Redhat 7.2 support 2 CPU .. but Linux hspice can support it ??

If 2 CPU machine can be use , 2 user can run simulation with each CPU ? or 2 Job is one CPU another CPU will be idle ??

another problem .. which CPU is better for hspice ? someone said
dual K7 ...

finally .. AMD have 64bit CPU K8 .. it will better performance than
xeon or K7 ( the same COST) ?

hspice cpu

hspice_mt -mt #num -i input_filename -o output_filename
• If you omit the #num, or if the #num that you specify is larger than
the number of online CPUs, then HSPICE sets the number of
threads to the number of online CPUs.
