hi, I'm doing simulation with hspice.
when i switch metal cap to mos cap, simulation aborted without any error messages in .out file.
how can i simulate this?
I'd start with gutting the MOS cap model and building
it back up starting with the main care-abouts, and see
what about the model makes binary puke. Represent the
MOS cap as a MOSFET of as low LEVEL= as you can,
and see if you can get realism enough, without crashing.
