hspice 2008.03 or 2010.03 installation problems

i install the hspice 2010.03 on centos 5.6 in these days, but when installed the hspice or scl, it told me:
cannot find any platform files for product **hspice ** in /.../hspice_vD-2010.03_common
this product requires os-specific platform files. it is recommended that you abort installation and verify that you have downloaded and expanded the platform tar files in /.../hspice_vD2010.03_common then restart the installer.

and when i finished the install, the install.log told me that:
cannot find hspice installation script /.../D-2010.03/hspice/bin/config

thanks for any kind guides.
