Try **broken link removed**. The **broken link removed** (even if 0.13µm tech is asked for) downloads a fwdtechnologyfiles folder which contains an rf018.l library with 0.18µm CMOS RF transistor models. May be this is helpful?

And **broken link removed** you can find 0.18µm CMOS MOSFET models appropriate for SPICE 3f5 Level 8, Star-HSPICE Level 49, UTMOST Level 8 .
