Hello, I am new to ADS.

How can I add HSMS 2820 diode for the rectifier circuit simulation?

Adding a component to ADS library is not a simple job. You have to create a new library and add to it the new created component which should include: properties, symbol, layout, model.

Open ADS help and search for "Diode Library". There is one library that includes the 2820.

I have successfully designed the circuit and matched it using Smith Chart but the problem which I am facing is how to calculate the load resistance of my circuit so that I will perfectly match it and it will produce good results.
