How will Masters degree improve my career?

Hi

am in India working in design verification for 2 years, experience in verilog, vera. some people say that it will be good for my career if i do masters. i wish to continue in verification field. what kind of impact will masters make in my career, in terms of salary and challenges i will face.

please give your views on this?

Even i have same quest...but one of my friend told in US semiconductor market is not that good for freshers....but say 2 year exp in vlsi domain + MS = ????
