hi,
how to and where to start for the design of power supply of Sim300 for gsm/gprs modem

See attached. The input voltage must be at least 6 volts (preferably higher) and must be capable of providing 2A of current at that voltage. The radio draws as much as 2A when transmitting, and if the input voltage drops below 3.4V the radio will shutdown.
