How use non lib format libraries in hspice?

Hi.i want to make a circuit with finfet transistor library that i downloaded from ptm site. but it is a zip file with five .pm format files.
How shoud i use it in hspice?I'm kinda new to hspice and ita confusing cuz it's not the usual .lib format

it is likely you will need to unzip the file
and add one or more of the .pm files to your library

if they are not in the correct format, you may need to convert format

maybe there is a source that uses the correct format?
