How u define Corners Sims(LTRAN & RTRAN)..

How u define LTRAN & RTRAN in term of TEMP & VDD...
i know LTRAN has n-type MOS fast,p-type MOS slow & on the contrary RTRAN is n-type MOS slow, p-type MOS fast...but im still clueless about fixing the Temperature & supply for my sims...DO anybody have the info about this

You use HSPICE?

Added after 1 minutes:

Google for "CMOS +PVT",you will find the answer.
 

You need simulate various combination for corners and different VDD and different temperature. At the least, the highest and lowest VDD and -40degree and 100degree are needed.
 

you can use the .param to change the source voltage.
