How to write a programming for interfacing of current sensor with PIC?

Dear friends,
I have a request. I don't have much knowledge about programming for current sensor with PIC microcontrollers in microc. My input current is vary from 0-1A. How to write a programme on it. Plz help me if any body have some knowledge on it.
