How to write a program to receive data from LM35DZ and store it on MMC?

Can anyone give some example to me how to write a program to receive data from LM35DZ and store it into MMC then communicate with pc by rs-232 and display the result in microsoft excel?

As the title suggest using VB to interface the Rs232 is a simple yet effective way to handle COM ports.
