How to use XDS10PP JTAG for interfaced processor?

JTAG

I have Jtag XDS510PP and I use it for TI dsps.

I want to learn, can I use XDS510PP for whichever jtag interfaced processor?

I am sorry to tell you that you couldn't do it,because the are other registers in xds510pp which complete other functions .
