How to use UTMOST spice model extraction tool

HI all
I am having trouble using UTMOST spice model extraction tool (Silvaco Ltd) from the Deckbuild interface. Have license for UTMOST but when trying to run the program it shows the error " licenses are currently unavailable". Tried to run example file from deckbuild window.Even that is not working.
Is it that UTMOST cannot be run from Deckbuild or is it that some other set up has to be done ...please help...its very urgent.
