hi
I have already become a bit familiar with finfet. I need a finfet with two gates which one of its gates act as a polarity gate(PG) and determines whether the transistor act as pmos or nmos. I found that 45nm finfet has two gates. does this technology have the ability I need? if yes, what does it mean to have both pfet and nfet transistors?
I could run a simple inverter by connecting its two gates but I wonder how I can use both of its gates.

Thanks in Advance
