How to use the s-function block in Matlab /Simulink

Hello every one , and have a nice day;

Dears users Matlab and Simulink programmer , i must use the s-function block to solve my problem and ,i read more about , but still have problem when i program ,

i have (03) inputs: error(a),error(b) ,error(c) and (06) outputs sa1,sa2 for the first leg ,sb1,sb2 for the second leg and finaly sc1,sc2 for the third leg ,then i have some conditions must respected C1,C2,C3 and applied to generate the (06) outputs by leg ,excactly like this table

LEG 1

sa1 sa2 conditions on error (a)
1 1 C1
0 1 C2
0 0 C3

same for LEG 2 and LEG 3


PLEASE is there any membership can guide me to correct my program
