I'm using the SP_Probe in ADS to measure impedance, but only the S-parameters are showing up instead of Z. How should I use it to measure impedance?

Don't you know how to convert a s-parameter definition into Impedance??
You should have been learnt first.

Thank you!
Do you know the difference between when SP_probe outputs only S-parameters and when it outputs Z and Y parameters as well? According to the manual, it seems that it's normal for it to output all three parameters (S, Z, Y) by default. But in some circuits, it only outputs S-parameters, while in others, it outputs all three parameters (S, Z, Y). I'm not sure in which cases it outputs just S-parameters and in which cases it outputs all three.

You configure this in the S_Param simulation controller. Default is S-parameters only, but you can switch on Y and Z parameter output.
