1. Go to Menu Bar, and look for "Place"
2. choose: Swap
3. Choose : pins
4. pick the pin that you wish to swap.

In order to sync with Schematic, is preferable to update your schematic as well.

But normally is not preferable swap pin in Board condition, unless you are clarify something.
