How to use sim300 gprs module connect to plc?

Dear sir/mam,

I am student of engineering in bangkok, thailand.
I am using sim300cz GPRS module, so i want to connect to plc and focus to force and monitoring data of its sending to website.

- I have 8 digital output wanna force from website to plc .
- 8 analog input and 8 digital input want to monitoring from plc and wanna sending the both to website.

but i don't know AT Command and the way to program of its.
Who are know its?
pls. give me the AT command and the way to program its.

thank you for the concept of communication between plc and website but
if i changing plc to microcontroller (ARM7) or X86 ATOM. how to programe its?
it use the same concept? or not and
who? have an example program or exanple project file to take this work,
Can you give me? thank you very much.

-my project have 1 site and 1 centre room
1> site have 8 sensor connected to plc or microcontroller and gprs kis
2> centre room have gprs kit and 1 PC.
