This may be quite a noob question but I am using dsPIC33EP256MC202 28 pin device. I can only find the PWM generators upto PWM3L and PWM3H in all the dspic33E chips (including the large pin count devices). Many people at our college are interested in DSCs with 9 and 12 PWM outputs.
While the datasheet say upto 7 PWM pairs (14 PWM outs) I am confused as to how to actually use them and which are the devices they are available on. At first I thought that PPS must be the way but I read somewhere that PPS can only be used for digital functions like PWM fault pins etc. Kindly tell me the max PWM outputs I can have in the 28 pin MC202 device and how to use it. Also which IC do I need to get to use all 14 PWM outputs.
