hi,

I have .cdb file can any one tell me how to use it.

noise model celtic cdb

Hi,
CDB is basically celtic data base model file for crosstalk noise analysis.
So to use that first, you should have CeltIC tool.
Then dump the spef from any routed design and load it in CeltIC with your libraries, final verilog file, GDSII database and set other variables accordingly and do the crosstalk analysis.

Hopes this brief will give you atleast some idea to proceed.
Anyway, you can ask anytime, again.

Keep reading & Enjoying as well.......
