If you need ready to use solution - sorry I can't help you . But if you would like to design one - first choose mobile phone to use .It depends on what type of interface you are going to use to access mobile :
IR ,bluetooth, or UART . Some mobile enabled PDA could support USB
The phone should provide AT commands necessary to send receive and perform other mandatory MML related actions . Then you can write you comm soft .
There is some information on ericssonmobility site about AT command reference and some MMS related stuff .
