i want to calculate the intersection point of input and output of VTC of an CMOS inverter for different widths(used .param for .different widths) for DC analysis using HSpice.Can anyone suggest me to continue.

you mean simulation result? i do not know what software you use to see waves, if you use sandwork's sx it seems to have a function to help you

vin 0 3.3 0.05
.meas vect dc INV_CPP find v(4,2) when v(4,2)= v(1,2) rise=1
or
vin 3.3 0 -0.05 /*vin is vin 1 2 dc 3.3 */
.meas vect dc INV_CPP find v(4,2) when v(4,2)= v(1,2) fall=1
where v(4,2) is output and v(1,2) is input for inveter
