How to use Hspice to find IIIP3, noise figure, input and output impedance of LNA

Can somebody tell me how to use hspice to find IIIP3, noise figure, input and output impedance and power consumption of a LNA?

i really do not know how to do.

Hi.
HSpice is not a very good choice for RF applications. However, there are some ways to calculate those parameters. by .DC analysis, HSpice will automatically declare dc power consumption but for ac power consumption you should use integral operator and its not a very easy way. for Noise Figure, by using .noise statement HSpice will report input- and ouput-referred noise and you can easily change the resuls to noise figure with a simple calculation and so on.
Again, HSpice is not designed for RF applications.

Hi.
By saying RF, it reminds me of High Frequency applications and HSpice is not suitable for let's say more than 500 MHz simulations (Its results are not realistic.) I have heard about "HFSS", which is a very powerful software in RF design.
