How to use BERtool in MATLAB for QPSK

Hello,
I want to find relative SNR to BER equal to 1e-6. I want to use BERtool in MATLAB. In BERtool, I did not find QPSK modulation. I think I should use "screenshot (545)" image, but I do not know whether my settings are correct or not?
