How to use and make a PCB board out using QT140?

qt140

currently i have to do a project to make a remote control. I have to use QT140 (sensor IC) to use as key for the remote control. But i have no idea how to use it and make a PCB board with that ICs, so need help in here. Does it have to use with a PIC? Anyone can help me in that or send me the sch and brd files of QT140? i have to finish this project within 1 month, so any help will be appreciate..=)
