How to use a macromodel?

Dear all,

I found a few macromodel from MAXIAM.

What simulator can be used to simulate by using theses macromodels?
 

They are SPICE sub-circuits so any SPICE simulator. Depending on the exact syntax and functions they have used you may have to do a bit of conversion.
