How to update all IPCores of a design

Dear community,

I want to update all ipcores of a design.
Since it is very tedious to update every single ipx file in Lattice Diamond (there are many in this design) by hand, I would like to know if there is a tool or a Tcl script for this?

Dear community,

Lattice Diamond automatically reanalyses the hole design after each IPCore change. This takes a lot of time.
Since I have a number of ipcores to update, I would like to know if there is any way to turn this off, so that I can only start the analysis at the end of all changes.
