How to understand the bandwidth of radial stub?

My question is in the attachment. Thanks evryone!
 

You need to compare a radial stub connected directly to the line with a quarter wave with an open other end.

u mean that the larger bandwidth of radial stub is compared with the quarter-wave? If so, it really is! I have done the simulation after your suggestion.
