how to tranfer a file through GPRS using AT Commands

hello!
I have two GPRS Modem (SIMCOM 200). I could make connection with two modems and Icould establish TCP connection also using the AT commands. now i need help to make a file transfer from one GPRS modem to other using At commands.

can any oe help me out....
