How to test a DAC on a PCB?

i have designed a 100M current steering DAC, but now i have to test it by myself on PCB ,who can tell me where is an example or guide,i have searched maxim'a website ,but there is less useful application note for me ,thanks.
BTW,what should be done when chip design for well test.?? :?::?:

ps:i get the digital code of a sin from spice exoplorer and get the DAC output sin signal.but don't know how to do next.
