How to take crosssection of Head model in HFSS?

I trying to find the way by which i can cut the head cress section. I want to import then into MATLAB.
 

you could orient the head so that the cross section you desire is in the xy plane and then exoprt a *.dxf file. That will give you a 2D cross section.
