at89c5

hi dears

I am using AT89c5131A for the conversion of serial to USB and viceversa.

Here I am using a baudrate of 115200 and USB transfers the data at 12Mbps.

How to synchronize these speeds. How to calculate the Endpoint Interval....

Pls help me....its very urgent
