how to supress even harmonics in layout

try to design a differential power amplifer in tens of Mhz range. But, do not know how to do to lower even harmonics at the board level. If you have any recommendation, please let me know.

Put a filter whose cutoff frequency is lies between highest frequency and its second harmonic freq.
