how to start Sentaurus Device

I am a beginner trying to run a simulation of a simple crystalline solar cell.

I have drawn the cell and meshing is successful.

However, I am having two problems at the moment.

1- none of my effort is showing on the workbench, only the heading I inserted.

I can add images to this thread from my computer will have sent a screen shot.

2- how do I start Sentaurus device to run the simulations.

The codes below are what i use to start the work bench and editor

command on tiger:-

/share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/swb

export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128

for opening swb:-
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128; /share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/swb

for opening design:-
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=27020@ 192.168.64.128; /share/apps/synopsys/2014-15/R HELx86/SENTAURUS_2014.09-SP1/b in/sde


Please, If any one has a sample code for a 2D solar cell simulation I can review and use as to guide me, please share.
