how to start pci design?

hi guys i cant get any clear sources.how can i start to learn drawin schemes for pci bus.i cant even find how to interface pci adress and logic gates?wish u help
(by the way i have a pc based oscilloscope project)

well thanks for the interest but im not that newbie that even doesnt know what it is.i read the book"PCI Bus Demystified" but couldnt get enough info.wish the suggestions will be more usefull.
