How to start ARM programming?

Hi friends,

I'm interested in learning ARM programming. So want to learn about it. I have LPC 2129 board and IAR workbench software. Need guidance and resources for it. A help will be very Thankful.

I tried to do a basic programming of LED but faced problem in inserting header file. sample codes for LPC 2129 will be a great help.
