Hi,

I am currently trying to simualte a GaN E-HEMT Half Bridge in LTSPICE (schematic can be found here **broken link removed**), but the simulation is not working due to a step size too small error. Does anyone know how can I simulate this circuit? All the required files are attached.

Thank you

For me, the following error appears:
Analysis: Time step too small; time=4.88218e-012, timestep=1.25e-019: trouble with u1:led:lednor-instance d:u1:led:led

Try setting a timestep which creates 50-500 steps within one cycle of the frequency which your circuit is designed to work at.

Example, if your circuit works at 1,000 Hz, try a timestep of 1/100,000 second.
